Job Description

Job Summary:

Daily Instruments Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly growing manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for overseeing all outbound shipping, freight forwarding, and international shipments for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Operations: Oversee the efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Freight Forwarding and Shipping: Interact with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics service providers to plan, advise, and coordinate transportation of materials and shipment costs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another, both domestically and internationally, ensuring quality and quantity control.
  • Documentation and Auditing: Audit freight cost and documentation, and create packing lists and update shipment information in the database.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 years' experience in a supply chain environment and project coordination, preferably with international shipping experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Skills: Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with any other language skills beneficial.
