RWB’s customer base runs the gamut from recreation to the very highest levels of professional racing, in every facet of the Automotive and Powersports Industries. The products supplied are forged and cast pistons, connecting rods, crankshafts and their complementary components, piston rings, bearings, gaskets, camshafts, and other internal valve train and engine components. Other products include suspension, braking, clutching, and chassis components.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Merchandising Specialist with a strong emphasis on SEO to join our dynamic team. As an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online product offerings and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies and collaboration with marketing and product management teams.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies for our e-commerce websites

· Optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images, using SEO best practices to enhance search visibility and organic rankings.

· Optimize product imagery and visual merchandising to enhance customer engagement

· Partner with product management teams to improve customer experience through the implementation of related products, service items, new product carousels, etc.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.

· Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly landing page content

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

· Proven experience as an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist or a similar role in the performance motorsports industry

· Understanding of online consumer behavior and shopping experience, and ability to utilize behavioral tools to monitor customer journey and identify possible customer experience issues.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent written communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CMS systems, such as Shopify or WooCommerce.

· Manage the creation and parameters of discount codes to support promotional campaigns. Monitor and report out on any discrepancies.

· Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, consistency and aesthetics.

· Knowledge of Adobe creative suite

· In-depth knowledge or eagerness to learn SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.

· Understanding of combustion engines or ancillary components and a passion for translating complex technical information into compelling online product presentations
