- Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with control enclosure assembly standards applicable in both the US and European markets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in generating electrical schematics and drawings utilizing software tools such as E-plan and AutoCAD.
- PLC Programming: Hands-on experience with PLC programming, particularly with Rockwell, Siemens, and B&R systems.
- Motor Sizing: Competence in sizing servo motors and drives.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, with preferred experience in programming for B&R, Rockwell, Siemens, and Bosch systems.
- Design Understanding: A solid grasp of control and electrical system design for automated industrial applications.
- Organizational Skills: Effective planning and organizational abilities to meet company goals.
- Work Ethic: An assertive and proactive approach to work.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of various machine tool types, functions, and machining processes.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
