  • Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with control enclosure assembly standards applicable in both the US and European markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in generating electrical schematics and drawings utilizing software tools such as E-plan and AutoCAD.
  • PLC Programming: Hands-on experience with PLC programming, particularly with Rockwell, Siemens, and B&R systems.
  • Motor Sizing: Competence in sizing servo motors and drives.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Suite, with preferred experience in programming for B&R, Rockwell, Siemens, and Bosch systems.
  • Design Understanding: A solid grasp of control and electrical system design for automated industrial applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective planning and organizational abilities to meet company goals.
  • Work Ethic: An assertive and proactive approach to work.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of various machine tool types, functions, and machining processes.
