Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Owner for the overall technical documentation of solution for the project and successfully manages the customer satisfaction.
  • Document technical end to end solution for business processes using Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com platform.
  • Works directly with clients to lead projects and the team members.
  • Works with other technical team members representing back office applications to design, and canvas.
  • Hands on experience building custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Jquery. lightning component design and canvas.
  • Hands on experience building integration between Salesforce and other third party applications using middleware as well as web services.
  • Involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment, validation/testing and deployment of the project.
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to understand client requirements
  • Excellent documentation and Solutioning skills to address complex business objectives
  • Proven experience and ability to research and find ways to resolve issues
  • Experience and ability to estimate effort for building solutions.
  • Experience with pre-sales process and ability to provide innovative solutions to fit customers budget.
  • Excellent technical background with Salesforce and associated technologies
  • Ability to lead the team in a technical capacity
  • Need understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
  • Should have good experience in SFDC development and testing
  • Need Extensive knowledge on the Sales Service cloud is mandatory.
