In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a Senior Developer, providing innovative solutions to Business Analysts.
  • Utilizing Apex for both solution design and configuration, with a strong emphasis on Certinia/Financial Force.
  • Possessing a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce, with at least 2.5 years focused on Lightning.
  • Demonstrating expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Framework, Apex, and developing custom applications through the AppExchange.
  • Having a solid understanding of Salesforce's various clouds, including Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding API integration methods, particularly REST and SOAP APIs, with additional knowledge of Mulesoft being advantageous.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Demonstrating proven analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Leading and mentoring team members in code design and review, while promoting adherence to best practices.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of SFDC Profiles/Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow Rules, and Triggers.
  • Having a good grasp of Salesforce deployment tools.
