Position Overview:The Furniture Quality Manager will ensure the quality and efficiency of furniture production. This role involves quality inspections, coordinating with production partners, and maintaining product specifications.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly visits to production partners to review products ready for shipment.
  • Perform quality audits and inspections.
  • Document and maintain product specifications.
  • Implement production changes and adjustments.
  • Support the product development team with sample measurements.
  • Address urgent quality issues as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in upholstery and casegoods.
  • Experience in furniture manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with a proactive approach.
  • Valid driver's license.
