This position will be a member of an application support team and will become a technical subject matter expert for the state psychiatric hospitals’ applications and systems. This position will provide application end-user support including rotational afterhours on-call support. This position will be included on the implementation team of the state hospital’s electronic health record project, referred to as ICM, and additional implementation teams for other state hospital initiatives/projects

Tasks will include:
End-user support
User Administration
System Administration
Interface Monitoring
Forms development
Application customization
Report writing
Work with cross functional technology teams
Read/analyze/modify technical documentation
Create troubleshooting and instructional work-flow documentation
Convey/Teach technical and
work-flow documentation to end-users
Work with vendor(s) to facilitate implementation(s)
Perform system testing
Coordination of annual disaster recovery testing
Coordination of system updates/maintenance activities
Organize and create tasks to increase team productivity
Provide level of effort estimates on team tasks
Provide improvements/suggestions to streamline team processes
Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills:
Healthcare information technology
User administration
Application System Administration
Crystal Reporting experience
SQL programming language

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in application support, technical support experience with application vendor
management, application implementation and technical and user workflows
