Job Overview

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in application support and technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing application vendors, implementing applications, and navigating both technical and user workflows.

This role is integral to our application support team and will develop into a technical subject matter expert for the applications and systems utilized by our organization. Responsibilities include providing end-user support for applications, including rotational after-hours on-call assistance. The analyst will also participate in the implementation team for our electronic health record project and other related initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support
  • Manage user administration tasks
  • Oversee system administration duties
  • Monitor application interfaces
  • Develop forms for application use
  • Customize applications as needed
  • Write reports for various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams
  • Analyze and modify technical documentation
  • Create troubleshooting guides and instructional workflows
  • Educate end-users on technical and workflow documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors for successful implementations
  • Conduct system testing
  • Facilitate annual disaster recovery testing
  • Manage system updates and maintenance activities
  • Organize tasks to enhance team productivity

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare information technology

- Familiarity with Crystal Reporting
