Competitive PayOVERVIEWOur client is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, financial management, and tenant relations for one of their flagship luxury communities opening in Hampton, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing modern market-rate apartment communities, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Resident Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Leasing and Marketing: Oversee the leasing process, including showing units, managing lease applications, and executing leases. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents and Maintain online advertising and social media accounts.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the property's budget, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue. Ensure timely collection of rent and manage delinquency.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards. Schedule regular inspections and manage vendor relationships. •
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and submit required reports to senior management and Assist with risk management activities, including insurance claims, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures.

WHAT IT TAKES
  • 2-5+ years experience in a Property Manager or Community Manager position within luxury communities
  • Track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, investors, and vendors
  • Budget and/or P&L management experience
  • Proficiency in Property Management software (OneSite, Realpage, Yardi, etc)
  • Familiarity with industry software, apps, and computer programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
