Position Overview
Levco Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Leasing Consultant to join our team at an apartment community. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in the residential leasing sector who is eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential property management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing leasing inquiries, following up on potential leads, and conducting apartment tours.
- Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies and managing advertisement postings.
- Handling rental applications, executing lease agreements, and collecting security deposits.
- Coordinating move-in and move-out processes.
- Managing maintenance requests and overseeing work orders.
- Supporting various administrative and property management tasks as assigned.
