Summary

We will count on you to:

  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; and making recommendations
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide an unrivaled client experience to drive growth and retention
  • Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard questions to improve the client experience
  • Keep abreast of changing market conditions and the current economic environment understanding how it impacts the insurance industry
  • Manage and record all activities in the management system to ensure timely follow up
  • Learn agency operations including workflows, systems, processes, and software programs

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of client or customer service experience
  • Property & Casualty license OR be able and willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
