We are seeking a skilled Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the departments marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include sending targeted emails, visit prospective clients with marketing folders, brochures, etc. Reports to VP and company owner. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Research and learn our target market
- Implement marketing campaigns for mass emails.
- Track and report on online marketing activities
- Visit prospective clients with marketing materials
- Identify, research, and report on competitors
- Collect and prepare reports, and present to management
Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
- Great verbal and writing skills,
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, marketing emails, constant contact
- Good telephone voice and communication skills
