Job Description

  • Develop and implement national growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while seeking new potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales data to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business initiatives with company goals.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, performance reports, and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Oversee and train direct reports and regional sales teams to consistently execute business development strategies nationwide.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Manage the department budget and optimize expenditures to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably at a national level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies based on insights.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure to meet ambitious targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the country.

    Desired Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry practices.
  • Experience in managing sales and business development teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
