Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy focused on high-volume hourly recruitment for frontline roles.
  • Take the lead in implementing and improving recruitment technology, using tools to enhance candidate sourcing, experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement innovative job advertising strategies to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Optimize advertising spend to ensure cost-effective and impactful candidate sourcing.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a geographically dispersed team.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze recruitment data and important metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and effective methods to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of recruitment innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume hourly recruitment.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing recruitment technology solutions.
  • Expertise in job advertising strategy, including programmatic advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
