Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Regional Operations, you will oversee multiple vending, micro markets, and dining accounts within Canteen. Your leadership will guide a team of District Managers and Operations Managers, focusing on maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage operations within the assigned region to meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • Engage in strategic planning sessions to set objectives for the division and region.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Support the creation and execution of service programs that align with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Drive the acquisition of profitable new business and expand existing accounts within the designated area.
  • Participate in the sales process for new business, coordinating proposal and contract development.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations on quality, safety, and human resources topics.
  • Manage the annual budget for the region and monitor financial reports to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
  • Foster an effective management team to achieve regional and corporate objectives while optimizing human resources.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with legal and human resources departments as needed.
  • Complete all required reports as per corporate policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of six or more director-level personnel.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in multi-unit food service management.
  • Experience overseeing 10+ multi-unit foodservice accounts with a combined managed volume exceeding $30 million.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative business models.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and P&L driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
