Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategy systems to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to agency owner.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.



Requirements

Licensing: Active P&C & L&H Licenses

Experience: History of managing a successful insurance sales team.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate a sales team.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance products, sales, & management strategy.
