About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to be our Director, Sales Enablement. The person in this role will drive our next phase of revenue growth by systematizing onboarding and skill-development for our rapidly growing Sales team, including AEs, SEs, SDRs, and Customer Success. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this person will work closely with sales leadership and product leadership, working alongside colleagues who have helped shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, AWS, VMware, and more.

You Will:

  • Develop world-class curriculum, ongoing training, and certification programs, organized on an up-to-date enablement calendar designed to increase AE field effectiveness and reduce "time to ramp"
  • Produce in-person boot camps as needed, 1-3 times per quarter, as well as annual Sales Kickoffs.
  • Organize a central content repository for Sales, and analyze consumption & feedback to inform content plans
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement sales enablement tools and processes.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure disciplined use of CRM. Train the field on our tech tools, like Salesforce and Outreach
  • Bring creative ideas for learning experiences and training techniques for a highly distributed workforce
  • Run the SDR enablement program, including curriculum development, live coaching.
  • Identify process issues in workflows and CRM/tool usage, working with Sales Operations to re-engineer for efficiency.
  • Provide 1:1 development and coaching as needed to foster product knowledge, industry acumen, and adherence to MEDDPIC methodology
  • Work with Sales Management to refine hiring profiles for successful AEs and SDRs

You Have:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • Experience in early-stage start-ups
    • Experience with products in identity, access, governance, or cybersecurity
    • At least five years of experience in sales, enablement, or operations leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth in B2B environment
    • Outstanding oral and written presentation communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making
    • Experience with sales enablement tools and processes, such as CRM systems, sales training, and content hubs
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments
    • Experience with value-based Sales Methodologies like MEDDPIC and/or Force Management
  • Other:
    • Able to travel several times per quarter to various US cities

For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
