E11D Annual Salary $68,458.94+ Full State Employee Benefits
Work days: Monday thru Friday. Work hour: 8:00am to 5pm
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and three years of professional experience
- OR a Bachelor’s degree and four years of professional experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
*No substitution will be allowed for the required professional supervisory, managerial, consultative or administrative experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Behavior Support: Directs statewide activities related to the DDS Behavior Support Services unit. Responsibilities include chairing the State Behavior Review Committee (SBRC) monthly; participating on the Greer Discharge and Critical Incident Committees monthly; reviewing and approving new psychological as needed; consulting with unit staff, other DDS and DHS staff and individual Teams as needed, regarding psychological and psychiatric support issues; and the development/revision of behavior support policy and training. Includes supervision of 3 Programs Field Representative I's (Field Specialists).
Family Training: Contract monitor for the DDS family training contract. The program manager will review and approve family training contracts as needed.
OLBAB: Oversees the functions of the Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Board (OLBAB) including the issuance of state licenses/certificates to Behavior Analysts and Assistant Behavior Analysts, maintaining the licensure website, organizing board meetings and working with the board to revise and submit DHS policy. - Preference may be given to candidate who has experience working in the IDD field. Board Certified Analyst (BCBA) or LPC License.
