We are growing again Come, join a great team and grow with us. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Cleaning / Building Services Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the commercial cleaning industry. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or related industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
