Opportunity

Anark is looking for a proactive, self-directed, and disciplined Account Executive. If you are an experienced and results oriented enterprise software sales executive with a proven track record of incremental career growth, new logo acquisitions and being a team player, we'd love for you to join the Anark Sales team. You will be responsible for the prospecting, sales development/closing and account management for Anark's products and solutions within a combination of established Anark key customer accounts, as well as new prospect accounts within new business sectors for us. Your efforts will directly impact revenue growth and new logo acquisition, so this is a key role for us.

Your sales leadership skills will be applied this full-cycle sales role, and you will be focused on managing a volume of prospect accounts, qualifying new business opportunities, generating pipeline, initiating second level meetings, closing deals and onboarding new accounts.

You, as the ideal candidate, will have a strong drive for action, a collaborative work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a focus on converting next steps in every meeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and close new customers.
  • Generate new business pipeline through prospecting outbound opportunities.
  • Build interest in Anark solutions though outbound activities including cold-calling and emails.
  • Use social selling tools and techniques to improve prospecting effectiveness.
  • Generate qualified leads and turn leads into qualified prospects to build sales opportunities and pipeline.
  • Research, understand and identify ideal customers and their needs to present them with appropriate suggestions and solutions.
  • Build a point of view on how to best qualify customer needs.
  • Articulate value and return on investment as they relate to customer needs.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive sales proposals, including software and services elements.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas & objectives.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales tools and assets to help continuously improve the sales process for the entire team.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of sales results for the Leadership team.
  • Develop and expand sales opportunities within established named customer accounts.
  • Sell directly and/or collaborate well with Anark's co-selling/channel partners.
  • Collaborate with technical sales support, services, and product development to provide effective customer solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage sales pipeline development and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set strategy and tactical implementation of sales development efforts.
  • Proactively seek sales training and development opportunities.
  • Keep up with market changes, new products & services, and finance in terms of pricing changes and payment plans.

What You'll Need To Bring To This Role:

  • 5-9 years of successful software sales experience in enterprise and SaaS.
  • 2+ years of sales in PLM, CAD or 3D.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven achievement of quota attainment in pipeline and new revenue.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to tech, new trends, and changes in customers' behavior to stay competitive.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction throughout the customer acquisition process.
  • Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with enterprise sales suite of tools like SFDC.

Compensation

Competitive salary and commission plan based on experience & track record, amazing health benefit plan, 401K plan match, and participation in company's employee stock option program. CO EPEW Act 2020 posting 125-150K base salary with the ability to double that in commissions.
