ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.

· Processing paperwork related to hiring and termination and preparing reports.

· Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.

· Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed. This may involve auditing files and updating policy manuals.

· Assist HR team members with special projects or initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and wellness initiatives.

· Assist in drafting HR communications such as memos, emails, or newsletters to employees regarding HR updates, policy changes, or upcoming events.

· Supporting the benefits administration process by helping employees with inquiries, assisting in enrollment processes, and providing information about available benefits

· Assist the recruitment department by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and confirming interview appointments.

· Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Basic understanding of HR principles and practices

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Familiarity with Human Resource HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
