Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including patient services, clinical and administrative functions, and staff management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care quality, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, including accreditation and licensing requirements.
  • Patient Satisfaction: Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, address patient concerns, and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and optimize service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field required. Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or management roles, with a proven track record of successful team leadership and operational improvement.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in healthcare management software and tools.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement practices, and financial management in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare Executive, Certified Medical Manager) are a plus.
