Position Overview

The Healthcare Operations Manager plays a crucial role in steering the clinic towards sustainable growth by ensuring that daily functions are executed efficiently and effectively. This position empowers team members while guaranteeing that clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of clinic operations, including sales, customer relations, team management, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets as set by the leadership team.
  • Track clinic performance metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and client retention rates.
  • Recruit, nurture, and maintain a diverse and high-performing team.
  • Facilitate staff development through regular one-on-one meetings and training sessions.
  • Exemplify leadership by engaging with staff on the floor, enhancing their skills to foster client loyalty and brand recognition through outstanding service.
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback, reporting findings to management and sharing insights with relevant team members.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues and management while maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance systems, policies, and procedures for improved efficiency and service quality.
  • Assist the leadership team with additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or the wellness industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management with a focus on high performance.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members to meet objectives.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in computer and phone operations, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.

Compensation

Salary range: $75,000 - $125,000, based on experience and clinic specifics.
