Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily clinic operations across all KETA locations, including staff management, facility oversight, and scheduling for clinicians and patients.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by coaching team members to enhance performance and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Collaborate with KETA leadership to develop, implement, and refine operational strategies, ensuring adherence by all team members.
  • Address and resolve daily operational challenges or patient inquiries, escalating issues to clinical and operational leaders as necessary.
  • Manage billing operations, including self-pay collections and insurance documentation.
  • Facilitate ongoing patient engagement and retention initiatives, including participation in special events.
  • Onboard and train new clinical and support staff as required.
  • Coordinate the setup of new office locations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in medical practice management, with experience in leading teams and managing daily operations; outpatient practice experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficient in relevant technology and software systems, including medical records management, with the ability to train others.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, coupled with strong emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong business insight and ability to leverage data for monitoring progress and implementing enhancements.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive outlook, urgency, and a commitment to outstanding customer service and patient care.
  • Proven track record of accountability, integrity, and achieving organizational objectives as both an individual contributor and team leader.
Compensation:

Work Environment:
