Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries efficiently and managing records accurately.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and administrative tasks.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and needs with a positive attitude and solution-oriented approach.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to learn our business, streamline operations and improve client experiences.
Requirements
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Customer Focus: A client-first mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, the ability to learn new software quickly, and proficient with internet communications. Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Business Office Experience: Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office setting is advantageous. Must live within 30 miles of our West Los Angeles Location, keeping your commute comfortable.
