- Deliver new technologies and creative business solutions to world class clients
- Drive execution of strategy across various areas of the enterprise with the ability to report to key executives on progress against targets and objectives.
- Gather data and organize information about the problem that has to be solved or a method that has to be improved
- Effectively build communications and presentations for executive leadership to provide overall status updates, drive executive decisions, and mitigate critical risks.
- Create data visualizations that will help draw insights, identify patterns, and quantify process improvement opportunities
- Provide strategic and critical high-level vision support for content marketing opportunities
- Interpret complex information to propose solutions and communicate findings to the management of the company or organization.
- Help define and maintain roadmaps or project plans for product or project teams.
- Drive and support an effective meeting cadence to enable issue resolution across multiple business units
- Types of materials produced may include product/project plans, release/launch plans, progress trackers, risk/issue logs, dashboards, meeting materials / minutes, UAT results, internal/external communications, executive report outs, etc…
- Possibility to travel up to 50% of project timespan

What You'll Bring to the Table:

- Minimum of a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field
- Minimum of 5+ years in consulting or project management in an agile and/or waterfall environment
- Experience in leading critical meetings and sending valuable recaps
- Expert knowledge with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Loves the challenge of driving teams towards a common goal, with little direction or oversight
- Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders
- Professional demeanor, highly skilled and efficient in written and verbal communication
- Proficient in listening to understand the root of the problem in order propose solutions
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Has no problem leading meetings and taking ownership of large bodies of work
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, where the candidate will be required to work 2-3 days in the office each week

The salary range for this position considers multiple factors influencing compensation decisions, such as skillset, previous experience, certifications, and various business & organizational requirements. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances. Currently, the base salary range is estimated to be between [$80,000 and $130,000].
