  • Develop and maintain the product backlog by identifying and prioritizing user stories based on business value and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the product backlog contains all necessary features and requirements to meet customer needs.
  • Capture and support the delivery of business and/or system requirements to drive significant business outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and refine requirements into actionable specifications.
  • Influence stakeholder strategy and help envision and create solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications, and assist with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design.
  • Ensure changes to the application are compliant with company standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience with product ownership or technology requirement gathering and requirements writing.
  • Proven expertise in agile processes and tools such as Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.
  • Team player with a strong ability to help achieve common goals.
