Overview:
Territory Sales Managers are responsible for developing key relationships with dealer and distributor partners within their territory. This is a fully remote position with the employee located in various locations throughout the US closest to key markets. Occasional travel to Pulaski NY headquarters will be required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness and sales of HealthWay products through presentations of HealthWay solution offerings, customer prospecting, and client engagement
- Identify, vet, and train potential HealthWay channel partners (Dealers, Installation Contractors, Wholesale Distributors)
- Manage relationships and communications between HealthWay and channel partners
- Provide preliminary product and filter selections for various applications.
- Provide technical support for Manufacturing/Engineering/Sales/Aftermarket/Field Sites/ /Distributor/End customer
- Perform root cause analysis and work toward resolution
- Complete special projects as required (i.e. Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Training related projects)
- Achieve sales metrics and rack activities, opportunities pipeline, and quotations through HealthWay’s CRM tool.
Job Skills Requirements:
- Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
- Advanced math, reading and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of HVAC and IAQ industry – product, systems, and go-to-market channels
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of applicable field sales experience
- Strong technical skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in technical sales and marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Detailed knowledge of the IAQ market and companies that would be viable customers for Healthway
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in an office, manufacturing & warehouse environment. Work hours will generally be during regular business hours 8-5 however, there will be some variation in work hours due to schedules, special projects, deadlines, and other business needs.
- Travel: Dependent on schedule (>30%)
