Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.

Maintain relationships with current dealer accounts and seek to onboard new dealerships to enhance sales.

Effectively communicate and execute Stine's sales strategies and policies within your territory to achieve district sales objectives.

Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver exceptional sales support in your assigned region.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years of agricultural experience, including a background in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid understanding of effective sales techniques, outstanding negotiation skills, and the capability to navigate challenges.

We seek individuals who exhibit initiative and can work independently to achieve set targets.
