Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Client Relationship Manager to enhance the growth of our Partner accounts within a specified territory while promoting a culture of ongoing improvement. In this position, you will engage in proactive account oversight, support, and development, cultivate robust relationships, execute sales strategies, provide training, manage sales pipelines, and serve as the primary liaison for accounts in collaboration with the external sales team. By leveraging CRM and ERP systems, you will ensure meticulous account management, possess the ability to analyze data proficiently, manage multiple accounts concurrently, and address issues swiftly. Cooperation with various departments, including engineering, logistics, production, and finance, is crucial to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Oversight:

  • Efficiently manage all phases from quotation through order to payment, adhering to internal protocols.
  • Keep Partner information current, including contacts, products, pricing, and agreements within CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams.
  • Facilitate onboarding, setup, and training for partners.
  • Ensure precise and timely order processing.
  • Proactively respond to inquiries regarding lead times, shipping, and logistics.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of technical specifications for our product offerings to support sales initiatives.
  • Regularly meet with the sales team to review accounts, sales pipeline, and promotional activities.

Inside Sales:

  • Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with confidence.

Required Skills:

  • Exhibit professionalism and tact when addressing client and customer concerns.
  • Possess advanced reading and computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
  • Have knowledge of the HVAC and IAQ sectors, including products, systems, and market channels.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Strong business acumen with experience in inside sales and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Experience in managing B2B accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Preferred:

  • Background in the HVAC or IAQ industry.
  • Prior experience in managing, supporting, and developing accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business.
  • Two years of experience in Account Management (preferred).

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily work in office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments, with occasional variations in work hours based on project requirements and deadlines.
  • Travel may be necessary (over 20%).
