We are currently hiring a Front Desk - Guest Ambassador at our Beach Blvd. location in Jacksonville Beach to work full-time, Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm. We offer a supportive environment with many opportunities for career advancementThe guest ambassador will be responsible for promoting and educating Precision's existing patients about our services. This person will work closely with the marketing team to hold information sessions / booths at our centers and partner-centers and will also engage existing HALO patients through email campaigns and other outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable simplifying and tailoring the messaging non-medical patients of the local community. Excitement and passion for delivering life-changing patient experiences and outcomes is required while exceeding expectations of patients.Essential Job FunctionsPlease list the essential (major) job responsibilities also with the % of time that is typically spent on these:
  • Answer customers questions and provide information on procedures and wait times. 35%
  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting customers while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and responsiveness. 35%
