Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Create personalized marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer retention and growth.

  • Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experiences.

  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding, retention, upsell, and win-back campaigns.

  • Utilize data and analytics to segment customers and deliver targeted, relevant marketing messages.

  • Continuously optimize lifecycle marketing efforts based on performance data and customer insights.

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including customer testimonials, case studies, and referral programs.

  • Identify and nurture customer advocates to amplify positive brand messages and drive word-of-mouth marketing.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to identify potential advocates and success stories.

  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with customer needs.

  • Partner with the content and creative teams to develop high-quality marketing materials and communications.

  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to measure and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing programs.

  • Plan and execute customer-focused events, webinars, and community-building activities to foster customer engagement.

  • Manage online customer communities and forums, facilitating discussions and providing valuable content.

  • Track and analyze key customer marketing metrics, including engagement, retention, and advocacy rates.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer marketing performance to senior management.

  • Use insights from data analysis to continuously improve customer marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Develop and manage the customer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Monitor and control marketing expenditures to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing programs.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation.

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing decisions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
