Job Description As a Customer Success Specialist you'll be the face of the company to our customers. Your focus will be on providing the best customer experience possible by resolving customer issues, identifying the cause and determining the best solution via phone, chat, and email. We are looking for someone who can work quickly and prioritize effectively, as you'll be responsible for handling customer interactions in a timely manner, with a set minimum of interactions per day.
