Telemarketing current and former clients
Upselling current customers
Note taking and task creation
Money handling
Creating Weekly Customer Service/activity reports for managers

Qualifications

Reliable transportation
Strong computer skills
Experience in customer service and problem solving
Must be willing to work independently and within a team environment
Must be a self-starter
Positive and optimistic perspective a must
