Job Summary:
This position requires a strong administrative professional to support the Housing & Residence Life department. The role involves:
  • Customer service: Interacting with students and staff as the primary point of contact for the housing office.
  • Data analysis: Researching, analyzing data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making.
  • Policy development: Assisting in creating and updating administrative policies and procedures.
  • Administrative tasks: Handling general office duties, such as correspondence, record-keeping, and potentially supervising staff.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of specialized training in business or related field
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer software
  • Experience in higher education administration is preferred
