Job Summary:
This position requires a strong administrative professional to support the Housing & Residence Life department. The role involves:
- Customer service: Interacting with students and staff as the primary point of contact for the housing office.
- Data analysis: Researching, analyzing data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making.
- Policy development: Assisting in creating and updating administrative policies and procedures.
- Administrative tasks: Handling general office duties, such as correspondence, record-keeping, and potentially supervising staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of specialized training in business or related field
- Three years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software
- Experience in higher education administration is preferred
