- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by management
- Exhibit professional etiquette
- Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with students, staff, and the wider community
- Prior experience in customer service is essential
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1-3 years of previous administrative or office experience is preferred
- Proficient understanding of computers, Microsoft Office, printers, fax machines, telephones, and photocopiers is necessary
- Demonstrates initiative and adherence to established procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
