The candidate will need to work collaboratively with the sales staff and establish and maintain a professional working relationship with several financing institutions including manufacturers. In addition, must be able to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive finance and insurance sales training necessary.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
