Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. This role is 100% focused on the sourcing aspect of recruitment. As a Recruiting Sourcer, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential candidates for various roles within our organization. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring and quality of hire targets are met.
  • Understand the hiring challenges in the external labor market and identify market-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates, including online databases, social media platforms and job boards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
  • Prequalify candidates for next-level interviews by conducting screening

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, Agency recruitment or high-volume recruiting role required
  • Work experience in the Civil Engineering Industry highly preferred
  • Career Fair/ Conference travel will be required depending on the needs of the various markets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Also Familiar with social media recruitment, databases, and professional networks
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A Proactive, results -driven mind set with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a metric driven environment
