Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR department to meet staffing goals and ensure quality hires.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to address high-volume recruitment needs.
  • Create innovative sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including employer branding initiatives.
  • Design and execute a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to clarify expectations for candidates and interviewers.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings through phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Organize and facilitate interview processes, including assessments and in-person meetings when feasible.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to expand our candidate pool.
  • Analyze external labor market trends to develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Engage in retention reviews to monitor key performance indicators related to employee retention.
  • Travel may be required up to 50% based on market needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting with a variety of interview techniques.
  • Background in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Strong understanding of role-specific requirements within the organization.
  • Ability to document processes and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hiring metrics.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment and may involve prolonged periods of sitting at a computer. Occasionally, lifting of 50 lbs or more may be necessary.
