Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of the overall recruitment strategy.
- Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct job and task analysis to clarify job requirements and objectives.
- Create recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels including databases and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews using effective recruiting and selection tools to evaluate candidates.
- Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor and implement best practices in HR recruiting.
- Provide detailed and analytical recruiting reports to the team.
- Act as a liaison and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Enhance the company's reputation as an excellent workplace.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills across various mediums (phone, text, email).
- Ability to manage the candidate engagement process from initial contact to hiring.
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
