Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, keeping them updated and organized in the UKG.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate talent sourcing.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter) are advantageous.
Experience Skills:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven experience with sourcing and recruiting for a wide range of roles, including technical and non-technical positions; salaried and hourly.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Experience in diversity recruiting and inclusion initiatives is highly preferred.
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and networking.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to attract and secure top talent.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • High emotional intelligence to understand and manage the candidate experience.
Organizational Skills:
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate assessments and documentation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles.

Ability to identify trends in talent acquisition and adjust strategies accordingly.
