Position Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing relationships with Hiring Managers while overseeing the comprehensive requisition lifecycle. This includes requisition initiation, candidate sourcing, onboarding processes, worker assignment management, expense tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support client managers throughout the entire contract labor acquisition journey, from requisition initiation to candidate sourcing and selection.
2. Exhibit recruitment proficiency by formulating insightful inquiries tailored to the position before conducting requisition intake sessions with hiring managers, ensuring detailed job descriptions are created for distribution to the supply base.
3. Leverage reports to manage open requirements, providing updates to managers on the status of requisitions and monitoring supplier sourcing strategies for timely responses.

Supplier Management
4. Mentor, manage, and evaluate the performance of participating staffing suppliers.
5. Document all client and supplier-reported issues, tracking resolutions to completion to ensure high customer satisfaction within the CRM system.

Performance Monitoring
6. Oversee performance against contractual service level agreements (SLAs), requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entries, and vendor compliance tracking.
7. Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports to reflect ongoing progress.

Collaboration and Communication
8. Engage in continuous interaction through face-to-face meetings, emails, and phone calls with clients, staffing vendors, contract personnel, and other stakeholders.
9. Assist with worker assignment management, including cost center modifications and contract assignment extensions, to enhance data integrity.

Administrative Duties
10. Ensure all work orders are accurately closed in the system with appropriate finish reasons when notified of assignment completions, and ensure relevant departments are informed.
11. Assist and oversee time and expense entries to guarantee necessary approvals from hiring managers are obtained within required timelines.
