The Haskell Company is a leading provider of construction services, committed to delivering exceptional results to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing robust sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture exceptional talent. This role will provide key market insights to our recruiting team and hiring managers, while developing strong pipelines of talent.
Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Volume Recruiting Support: Assist in finding, sourcing, and screening candidates across various business units and operating teams.
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team functions, and how they fit into the broader organization.
- Develop Targeted Candidate Profiles: Partner with recruiters to create targeted candidate profiles that align with the company's hiring needs.
- Execute Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline and help fill high-priority hiring needs.
- Use Hiring Metrics to Drive Improvement: Analyze hiring metrics to develop and execute new and more efficient sourcing solutions, continuously improving the recruitment process.
- Review and Analyze Talent Market Data: Review and analyze relevant talent market data and trends to provide insights and consult with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Expand Pipelines through Strategic Research: Execute strategic research and sourcing campaigns via multiple sourcing channels to expand pipelines.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Use internal Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to track and analyze pipeline activity, and share updates and insights with key stakeholders.
- Partner with HR Marketing: Collaborate with HR Marketing to promote the employer brand across various channels, enhancing Haskell's visibility in the job market.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience: Possess a bachelor's degree or relevant experience with 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR Databases: Familiarity with ATS (iCIMS preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and HR databases.
- Deep Knowledge of Talent Pools and Sourcing Techniques: Deep knowledge of relevant talent pools and the most effective current and emerging sourcing techniques.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Office Products: Knowledgeable in Excel and other Office products.
