Vital Tech Solutions is a leading provider of technology consulting and workforce management solutions to various industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Human Resources Generalist to join our team in the Plano, TX region.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of HR Operations, including employee benefit administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll support, and visa processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively with employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing tasks related to payroll data analysis, preparation, and processing.
  • Manage various deductions for local, state, and federal tax requirements, and gross-up calculations for expatriate payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits open enrollment and provide support to employees.
  • Coordinate with the Immigration Attorney to prepare INS documents for visa processing.
  • Assist the leadership team in maximizing employee productivity and morale.
  • Investigate employee safety accidents and prepare reports for workers' compensation insurance carriers and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Support, and Onboarding/Offboarding Employees.
  • Japanese-English bilingual skills with strong English communication.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR is preferred but not required.
