The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will help our communities thrive by formulating partnerships within the region of primary care practices to deliver value-added service to People Leaders and Employees that support the business objectives of Catalyst Physician Group. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about regional operating plan, financial position and culture. Accountabilities

• Professionally represent the organization; support the purpose, goals and objectives; participate as a 'team player" constantly supporting our people; set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

• Create and communicate a vision of success for HR services defining measurable goals that are consistent with and contribute to company growth and outcome measures to strengthen our practices.

• Participate as a "player/coach" in the creation and implementation of HR solutions, as well as actively lead HR services in alignment with regional and organization objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Function as key contributor to the regional practice operational goals and plans.

• Acts as a coach and advisor for regional practice leaders and employees.

• Collaborate in the planning, development, and implementation of major policy and business initiatives. Identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation, removes barriers and resistance, and leads change management.

• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

• Works closely with leadership to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

• Consults with people leaders, providing HR guidance and coaching aligned with core values.

• Builds trust and acts with authenticity to cultivate a purpose-driven culture of integrity, inclusion and mutual respect.

• Strategize organizational effectiveness and implement operational and structural changes with business unit partners.

• Create and lead talent agenda, including needs assessment and succession planning in alignment with leadership competency model. Facilitate training programs and leadership development.

• Directly supports talent acquisition activities for key positions and provides TA guidance.

• Provides performance management guidance for career development, employee growth, corrective actions, and individual development plan process.

• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People team to develop solutions and programs.

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of employment-related legal requirements, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in clinical healthcare preferred, including physician offices/practices

• Thought leadership and strategic partner.

• Proven employee relations expertise.

• Proactive thinker, problem solver and analytical skills.

• Change agent with ability to lead initiatives and change management.

• Culture champion of purpose and values.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, including at least 5 years in HR business partner role.

• Expertise of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, learning and development.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
