Key Responsibilities

Core Duties:
• Serve as a key contributor to the operational goals and strategies of the regional practice.
• Act as a mentor and advisor for regional practice leaders and employees.
• Collaborate in the planning, development, and execution of significant policy and business initiatives. Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation, eliminate obstacles, and lead change management efforts.
• Manage and resolve intricate employee relations matters. Conduct thorough and objective investigations.
• Work closely with leadership to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
• Provide consultation to people leaders, offering HR guidance and coaching that aligns with our core values.
• Build trust and act with authenticity to foster a culture of integrity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
• Strategize on organizational effectiveness and implement operational and structural changes in collaboration with business unit partners.
• Develop and lead talent strategies, including needs assessments and succession planning in accordance with the leadership competency model. Facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Directly support talent acquisition efforts for key roles and provide guidance on talent acquisition processes.
• Offer performance management guidance for career development, employee growth, corrective actions, and individual development plans.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People team to create solutions and programs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment-related legal requirements to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience in clinical healthcare is preferred, particularly in physician offices or practices.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to act as a strategic partner.
• Proven expertise in employee relations.
• Proactive thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Change agent capable of leading initiatives and managing change.
• Champion of organizational culture and values.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR business partner role.
• Expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and learning and development.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferred.
