We are looking for Customer Support Office Admin who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities



  • This role will be responsible for the front reception area (lobby), presenting a professional appearance.
  • Notifying Security when a visitor will be arriving to grant them access
  • Greeting visitors and notifying their host of their arrival
  • Walking the office to verify there are no leaks, trip hazards or equipment issues
  • Straightening furniture to ensure it is in its place.
  • Working with vendors to allow them in.
  • Accepting packages and deliveries. Notifying the recipient.
  • Stocking of snacks, copy paper, and office supplies to all areas needed.
  • Notifying Austin staff when items need to be ordered for the office.
  • Partner with our IT team when there are some small IT issues that need to be handled.
  • Partner with building engineer with in office needs.
  • Confirm areas are ready and clean when clients and site leads are in the office for meetings.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains postage machine.
  • Coordinates Fed Ex/UPS deliveries and monthly billing.
  • Able to lift 35-40 lbs
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and HR.


Requirements



  • 2-10yrs of experience as an Office Assistant,Customer Support, Receptionist, Administrative or similar office work
  • Comfortable sitting at the front desk and greeting visitors and employees
  • Must have excellent experience in customer service; engaging, professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to keep track of office supplies; ordering snacks and other office items as needed.
  • Able to ensure the office looks presentable for arriving questions
  • Experience working with vendors or similar
  • Work with security to inform visitors is arriving and grant them access
  • Able to report any office repairs accordingly
  • Accepting packages for deliveries and walking over to the appropriate dept.
  • Must be reliable, independent, self-motived.
  • Positive can-do attitude, confident and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work enjoys interacting with others in an office setting.
  • Excellent computer skills required in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
