Job Summary
The primary responsibilities will consist of assisting with answering the phone, triaging walk-ins, processing timesheets, providing administrative assistance, and supporting other payroll-related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Provide assistance to walk-in staff regarding office inquiries.
  • Triage the receptionist/payroll phone calls
  • Review and enter all incoming timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on all timesheets that require correction or clarification.
  • Provide administrative support to the payroll team
  • Process Paid Time Off (PTO) requests for caregivers.
  • Assist in entering any other payroll directed tasks into assigned systems

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent oral communication and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in a secondary language is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in and record-keeping.
  • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements & Working Environment:
  • On-Site
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk/admin duties preferred
  • Experience in a home health care agency a plus.
Work Environment:
On-site

Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $22- $24 per hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
