Job duties include but do not limit the following:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Handle (or return-call) all customer calls and complaints timely
• Booking of new clients and existing client’s appointments
• Checking and responding to emails using professional grammar
• Arrange re-cleans, and follow ups.
• Involve Office Manager when a customer cannot be satisfied or severe issues
• Make recommendations to management regarding trends, changes
• Document complaints, issue complaint forms to Cleaning Techs
• Perform quality control visits when needed
• Perform arrival check visits when needed
ADMIN
• Processing daily credit card payments and refunds
• Check, order and stock inventory
• Run and cross check daily office reports
• Run office errands
• General upkeep of the office space
• Internet research
• Printing biweekly payroll reports
*Documenting staff issues
*Adjusting and approving cleaners work hours
*Preparing new hire documents
SALES
• Assure leads and prospects are followed up on and converted
*Make outbound calls to property manager, realestate brokers, and like minded business to build relationships and get clients.
*Maintain a close rate of 35%-50%
*Continuously strive to get new business
• Maintain or improve prospect conversion
• Document, track, measure (leads, conversions)
• Submit weekly reports to Operations Manager
• Set up and dispatch In-home Estimates
• Documentation in database
• Maintain daily stats
• Onsite visits to prospective buildings to build relationships with property managers to obtain ongoing business relations
Minimum Qualifications
• Cleaning experience / knowledge preferred
• 1 year sales experience
• 2 years customer service experience
• Computer skills
• Articulate correspondence, friendly, quality voice
Work Hours
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Saturday 9:00am - 4:30pm
