What you'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in the design and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assisting in the testing and validation of financial software applications.
  • Working in various financial applications to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure systems are maintained.
  • Being a Key player in the implementation or sunsetting of enterprise applications.
  • Serving as the back up role for Data Administrator. This role has an 80% focus on IT support and 20% on data support for internal employees and clients.
  • As a Data and Technology team member serving as a point of contact for supporting Advisors with
    user access for Sowell enterprise systems and assisting them with training and troubleshooting.
  • Managing the licensing of systems across the business.
  • Managing vendor relations and vetting.
  • Managing hardware inventory.
  • Enforcing cybersecurity rules and regulations across the business.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a helpdesk technician.
  • Experienced with cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of powershell.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin portal.
  • High proficiency in Azure AD.
  • High proficiency in Saas products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Degree in IT or related field, but not required.
  • CompTIA certifications A+, Net+, or Sec+ preferred but not required.
